EPC

At Greensborough Physiotherapy Clinic those with EPC referrals will be gladly accepted but will incur a small gap fee which is in accordance with our fee structure. EPC plans are for patients with chronic medical conditions. A chronic medical condition will normally be one that has or will be present for 6 months or more. EPC plans will provide up to 5 visits per calendar year for physiotherapy. The best person to talk to if you think you may be eligible is your GP or you can refer to the website below.
